The Work
The brand had no native mobile presence. Users had no single place to buy tickets, order concessions, and access loyalty rewards, creating a fragmented experience across disconnected touchpoints.
Design the product's first native app from scratch, bringing ticketing, snack ordering, and a tier-based loyalty program into one cohesive, intuitive mobile experience.
Structured separate purchase journeys for tickets and concessions, embedded external payment gateways within bottom sheets to maintain flow continuity, and built a scalable token-based design system with Light/Dark modes.
